All our hotels and apartments are pet friendly, with the exception of the hotel (ThePlace) Bodega Real and CAMBRILS Chic! Apartments, where pets are not accepted. We accept all types of pets, with a maximum weight of 8 kg. The price is 10 €/day. Only one pet per room is allowed and, if you want to accommodate more than one, it is necessary to check with the hotel to confirm availability and authorization. Pets must always be leashed in the common areas and cannot access the restaurant, bar, gym, spa or pool area, except in the case of guide dogs, which are allowed according to the regulations. If you are traveling with a pet, please let us know when making your reservation to ensure the best possible stay.
Some of our hotels have charging points for electric vehicles. The hotels that offer this service are: ALEGRIA Caprici Verd, ALEGRIA El Mar, (ThePlace) Palacio Mojacar, (ThePlace) Mar Mediterrania, ALEGRIA Costa Ballena Aquafun, ALEGRIA Cabo De Gata and ALEGRIA Colonial Mar Aquafun. The place cannot be reserved in advance, as it is subject to availability upon arrival. For more information on availability and applicable rates, we recommend contacting the hotel directly.
Parking is available at most of our hotels, but cannot be reserved in advance, as it is subject to availability upon arrival. Prices may vary depending on the establishment. In our hotels we offer beach and pool towel service, available at the front desk with a small refundable deposit. You can request them at reception on the day of arrival. This service is not available in the apartments, so we recommend guests staying in these establishments to bring their own beach and pool towels.
Drinks are not included in the half-board and full-board meals, and will be charged separately according to consumption. In the All Inclusive regime there is a selection of drinks included, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, available between 11:00 am and 11:00 pm. You can consult the drinks menu in the section of each hotel on our website.
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00. These times may vary slightly depending on the destination and can be consulted in the section of each hotel. You can request early check-in or late check-out. This service is subject to availability and has an additional cost.
If you have contracted full board, lunch and dinner are included on the first day, and only breakfast is included on the last day. If you wish to change the order of the meals, you can ask at the reception desk in advance. In half board, it is possible to change dinner for lunch if the hotel offers lunch service, with at least 24 hours notice.
The All Inclusive regime requires a minimum stay of 3 nights, although it may vary according to the hotel and the season. We recommend consulting the specific conditions before booking.
We have options for guests with intolerances (such as gluten or lactose), food allergies and also for vegetarian, vegan diets and other special needs. It is very important to let us know in advance when making the reservation and also to inform reception and the restaurant upon arrival.
The age considered for children may vary from hotel to hotel, but infants from 0 to 1.99 years old (free of charge), children from 2 to 11.99 years old and from 12 years old onwards are considered adults. We recommend that you consult the specific conditions when booking.
