Installation of aerothermal system to improve energy efficiency.

Actions financed by the European Union - NextGenerationEU in Catalonia
The following actions consist of the implementation of photovoltaic installations for self-consumption in different hotel establishments and central offices, aimed at generating renewable energy for own consumption, reducing energy dependence on the electricity grid and improving the energy efficiency of the assets.
Hotel ALEGRIA Caprici Verd with 28.45 kWp of installed power, an investment of 23,492.00 € and an aid of 9,396.80 €.
Hotel ALEGRIA Fenals Mar with 16.35 kWp of installed power, an investment of 14.878,50 € and an aid of 5.207,48 €.
Hotel (ThePlace) Mar Mediterrania with 77,39 kWp of installed power, an investment of 67.144,00 € and an aid of 26.857,60 €.
Central Offices with 87,20 kWp of installed power, an investment of 79.352.00 € and an aid of 31,740.80 €.
Hotel ALEGRIA Sun Village with 21.25 kWp of installed power, an investment of 19,342.05 € and an aid of 6,688.50 €.
Hotel ALEGRIA Cartago Nova with 5.26 kWp of installed power, an investment of 11.902.80 € and an aid of 4,140.50 €.
Hotel ALEGRIA Maripins with 44.15 kWp of installed power, an investment of 40,171.95 € and an aid of 14,060.18 €.
Actions financed by the European Union - NextGenerationEU in Andalusia
The following actions consist of photovoltaic installations for self-consumption in hotel establishments, aimed at generating renewable energy for own consumption, reducing energy consumption from the electricity grid and improving the energy efficiency of the establishments.
The beneficiary entities have received aid from the European Union under the NextGenerationEU Fund, in the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, within the program of incentives linked to self-consumption and storage, with renewable energy sources, as well as the implementation of renewable thermal systems in the residential sector of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, managed by the Andalusian Regional Government through the Andalusian Energy Agency.
The executed actions are the following:
Hotel (ThePlace) Palacio Mojacar, located in Mojácar (Almería), owned by GESTIHOTELS ALMERIA, S.L., with 56 kWp of installed power, an investment of 52,056.00 € (VAT not included) and a granted aid of 17,836.00 €.
Hotel ALEGRIA Costa Ballena Aquafun, located in Rota (Cádiz), owned by GESTIHOTELS Costa Ballena, S.L., with 77.00 kWp of installed power, an investment of 62,755.00 € (VAT not included) and an aid granted of 21,964.25 €.
Hotel ALEGRIA Colonial Mar Aquafun, located in Roquetas de Mar (Almería), owned by GESTIHOTELS TRAMUNTANA, S.L., with 117.72 kWp of installed power, an investment of 102,483.47 € (VAT not included) and a granted aid of 30,933.70 €.
Hotel ALEGRIA Cabo De Gata, located in Almería (Almería), owned by GESTIHOTELS ANDALUSIA, S.L.U.., with 99.74 kWp of installed power, an investment of 82,650.00 € (VAT not included) and an aid granted of 20,662.50 €.
Hotel Portomagno, located in Roquetas de Mar (Almería), owned by GESTIHOTELS AGUADULCE, S.L.U.., with an installed power of 34.88 kWp, an investment of 31,217.60 € (VAT not included) and a granted aid of 17,632.56 €.
Note: The Hotel Portomagno was part of the group at the time of the application and granting of the subsidy, although it is currently no longer managed by the chain.
